Complete Legal Agreement for eBookHunt Digital Platform & Products

1 📖Definitions & Interpretations

To ensure clarity throughout this agreement, the following terms are defined as:

2 🛍️Nature of Services & Products

2.1 Digital-Only Products

eBookHunt operates exclusively as a digital products platform. All products are delivered electronically in digital formats. No physical goods are shipped or mailed. Products are delivered via:

• Direct email delivery with download links
• Interactive flipbook readers (web-based)
• Downloadable files (PDF, EPUB, ZIP, etc.)
• Software plugins and theme installations
• Template files and design assets
• Cloud access to digital libraries

2.2 Product Variety

eBookHunt offers a diverse range of digital products across multiple categories:

1. Literary Works: Novels, eBooks, short stories, poetry, essays across all genres
2. Children's Content: Picture books, educational books, interactive stories
3. Comics & Graphic Novels: Illustrated narratives in digital format
4. Business & Professional: Guides, workbooks, educational materials
5. Technical Products: WordPress plugins, themes, website builders
6. Creative Assets: Templates, designs, Canva templates, graphics
7. Tools & Resources: Planners, calendars, interactive tools, software
8. Educational Content: Courses materials, workbooks, reference materials

2.3 Free & Paid Products

eBookHunt operates a mixed model where approximately 60% of content is offered free and 40% of premium products are available for purchase. Free products are provided "as-is" without warranty. Paid products include customer support as outlined in this agreement.

3 👤User Eligibility & Responsibilities

3.1 Age & Legal Capacity

By using eBookHunt, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are not prohibited by law from using eBookHunt
• You have not been banned from eBookHunt for violations of these terms
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful

3.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Use eBookHunt only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
2. Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password
3. Promptly notify eBookHunt of any unauthorized access to your account
4. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
5. Keep your contact information (email, phone) accurate and current
6. Review and comply with all applicable policies and guidelines
7. Use products only within the scope of the license granted

3.3 Jurisdiction Compliance

You are responsible for determining whether your use of eBookHunt complies with local laws and regulations. eBookHunt cannot be held liable for violations of local laws resulting from your use of our products or services.

4 🔐Account Registration & Security

4.1 Account Registration

Some features of eBookHunt may require you to register for an account. When registering, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Choose a password that is secure and unique
• Never share your password with others
• Promptly update information if it changes
• Accept all terms and conditions as a condition of registration

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. eBookHunt is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account due to:

• Sharing your password with others
• Using weak or easily guessable passwords
• Failing to log out after using shared devices
• Third-party security breaches beyond our control

4.3 Account Termination

eBookHunt reserves the right to terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeatedly violates intellectual property rights
• Harasses other users or staff
• Is inactive for extended periods (at our discretion)

5 💳Purchase & Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All purchases from eBookHunt are processed through Razorpay, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a purchase, you:

• Authorize eBookHunt to charge your payment method
• Acknowledge the price displayed at checkout
• Accept that payment processing is final
• Consent to storage of transaction information (encrypted)

5.2 Payment Methods

eBookHunt accepts multiple payment methods through Razorpay, including:

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. You are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase, not at the time of product availability.

5.4 Taxes & Fees

Prices displayed include all applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. eBookHunt will not refund tax differences due to currency fluctuations or location changes.

5.5 Invoice & Receipt

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Email confirmation with transaction details
• Digital receipt/invoice
• Download link(s) for purchased product(s)
• License information and usage terms

Invoices are issued in the name registered with the payment gateway and cannot be changed retroactively.

6 🔄Refund & Return Policy

6.1 Non-Refundable Digital Products

ALL digital products purchased from eBookHunt are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This includes all eBooks, plugins, templates, and other digital goods. By clicking "Purchase," you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

6.2 Limited Exceptions

The following are NOT refunds but product replacements or corrections:

1. Broken Download Links: Replacement link provided within 24-48 hours
2. Corrupted Files: New file delivered within 24-48 hours
3. Wrong Product: Correct product delivered immediately
4. Duplicate Charges: Refunded within 3-5 business days (within 48 hours of purchase)

6.3 No Refunds For:

eBookHunt will NOT process refunds for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
• Product not matching subjective expectations
• Accidental purchases or buyer's remorse
• Price drops or promotional discounts after purchase
• Technical incompatibility (user's responsibility to check)
• Expired download links (get replacement instead)
• Inability to use the product

6.4 Refund Process (When Applicable)

If a refund is approved (duplicate charges only):

1. Submit refund request with transaction ID via email
2. eBookHunt verifies the claim
3. If approved, refund is issued to original payment method
4. Processing time: 3-5 business days
5. Refund amount will be in original currency/method

All content on eBookHunt, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, code, and compilations are the exclusive property of eBookHunt or its content creators. This includes:

• Software code and databases
• Trademarks, logos, and brand identity

7.2 Content Creator Rights

eBookHunt publishes content created by various authors and creators. When you purchase a product:

• Intellectual property rights remain with the original creator
• You receive a limited license to use the content
• The creator retains all copyrights and moral rights
• eBookHunt acts as the authorized distributor

7.3 Copyright Protection

All original works published by eBookHunt are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of any content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

7.4 DMCA Compliance

eBookHunt respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us immediately with:

• Specific URL where infringing content appears
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief

8 📜Content Usage & Licensing

8.1 Personal Use License

When you purchase a digital product from eBookHunt, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Access and read/use the product for personal purposes
• Store one copy for personal backup
• Print copies for personal, non-commercial use (where applicable)
• Use within your household or organization (personal scope)

8.2 Restrictions on Usage

You CANNOT:

• Share, distribute, or transmit the product to others
• Sell, rent, lease, or make available for commercial use
• Republish, broadcast, or publicly display the content
• Create derivative works without permission
• Remove or modify copyright notices or watermarks
• Use the product for educational institution distribution
• Upload to file-sharing sites, torrents, or piracy platforms
• Use for podcast, video, or media production

8.3 Commercial & Bulk Licenses

For commercial use, bulk purchases, or special licensing arrangements, you must contact eBookHunt directly:

• Corporate/business use licenses
• Reseller agreements
• Custom licensing arrangements

9 ⛔Prohibited Activities & User Conduct

9.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use eBookHunt for any of the following purposes:

1. Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, state, or international law
2. Piracy & Distribution: Sharing, distributing, or reselling products without authorization
3. Hacking & Unauthorized Access: Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted content
4. Malware & Viruses: Uploading or introducing malicious code
5. Fraud & Deception: Misrepresenting identity, using false payment methods, or fraudulent chargebacks
6. Harassment & Abuse: Threatening, abusing, or harassing eBookHunt staff or other users
7. Spam & Phishing: Sending unsolicited messages or attempting to collect sensitive information
8. Intellectual Property Violation: Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents
9. System Interference: Disrupting server operations or attempting denial-of-service attacks
10. False Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate systems

9.2 Content Standards

eBookHunt is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Contains graphic sexual content or child exploitation material
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Constitutes spam or unwanted solicitation

9.3 Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal filed with your payment provider (without contacting eBookHunt first) may result in:

• Permanent account suspension and ban
• Legal action to recover funds and damages
• Your information being shared with payment fraud prevention networks
• Reporting to law enforcement if fraud is suspected

If you experience a payment issue, contact eBookHunt first before initiating a chargeback.

10 ⚠️Limitation of Liability

10.1 Liability Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL eBOOKHUNT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Loss of opportunity or good will
• Any punitive or exemplary damages

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF eBOOKHUNT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT, regardless of the cause or legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).

10.2 Disclaimer of Specific Liabilities

eBookHunt is not responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss due to user error or third-party interference
• Compatibility issues with user's devices or software
• Third-party payment gateway failures or delays
• Unauthorized access due to user's negligence
• Changes to products or services without notice

10.3 User Assumption of Risk

You assume all risk associated with:

• Using eBookHunt products and services
• Internet connectivity and payment processing
• Protection of personal devices and data
• Compliance with local laws and regulations

• Non-infringement of third-party rights

• Uninterrupted or error-free access

If you have a dispute with eBookHunt:

3. Allow 14 days for eBookHunt to respond
4. Attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve

14.2 Arbitration Clause

If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration rather than court litigation. This means:

• Disputes will be resolved by an independent arbitrator
• You waive the right to a jury trial
• Arbitration will follow expedited procedures
• The arbitrator's decision is final and binding

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that arbitration will be on an individual basis and NOT as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class actions against eBookHunt.

• You attempt unauthorized system access
• Your account is used for commercial violations

16.2 Termination by User

You may discontinue using eBookHunt at any time. Upon termination:

• Your account will be deactivated
• Download links will expire
• No refunds will be issued for remaining access
• Legal obligations continue

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of service:

• Sections 7-15 of these terms remain in effect indefinitely
• eBookHunt may delete your account data after 90 days
• Intellectual property and liability terms survive termination
• Any outstanding obligations continue to bind you

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Specific applicability:

17.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Piler, Annamayya District, Andhra Pradesh, India, or arbitration as specified in Section 14.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in full force.
